My new daily drivers ahead of my Liberty Soundcore 2s. At first I was going to return these because they sound really low paired to my Galaxy S9 and they seemed not to pair to my iPhone 8. After watching Flossy’s video, I left them a bad review and then I watched Noah Herman’s video on how to pair them to my iPhone. Now I’m stoked. They work fine and sound much louder connected to that iPhone. I’m happy with my purchase and I highly recommend them. I never had the originals so I cannot compare them. I like the liberties but these are the truth. A+ AirPod killers.Update :After only one week of pretty light use, they stopped connecting to each other and will only work one or the other… Not together.. I’m kinda teed off because for 150 bucks + tax I really expected more. I’m sending them (actually taking them) back and I’m going back to my Soundcore’s. These are off of my list. I really tried but at this point it’s a hard NO! SAMSUNG needs to get it together.✊🏿

These new Samsung Galaxy Buds+ Plus work great. For those teetering potential buyers out there…PROS: – comes with three sizes of ear pads – also comes with interchangeable “winglet” type fittings to adjust to your individual ear comfort – battery lasted about 8h 20m listening to music a moderate level – the charging case is glossy smooth and has a nice weight to it giving it a premium feel – EXCELLENT sound that also allows external noise in for you to hear – Bluetooth range is good: still connected when phone was in the back of the house and I was in the driveway – You can make them beep if you lose them – Easy to learn gesture controls: one tap, two taps, three taps, etc… – Galaxy Wearable app is user-friendlyCONS: – You need to download the Galaxy Wear app to get the most benefits – Wearing them feels a bit awkward at first because of their noticeable weight – The $149.99 price tagHope this helps…

I already had the buds and now own the buds+I’ve made different test with music and recording the microphone and so far they both have the same sound quality.I even played the same song on different devices at the same time using the new ones and the old ones at the same time on on alternate ears…. I must say its the same thing… so if you already have the old ones and dont care about battery life, its seems like it’s the same thing to keep the old ones… I might return the new ones, I just want to test both of them on phone calls, that will be the factor that will make me choose if I should keep or return the new ones….4 stars because it seems like they are the same as the old ones, will give 5 if they pass the phone call test later on this week…. will keep you posted… So I tested them out for a couple days now,These have better connectivity, now I can watch movies on my laptop using the headphones and the sound works perfect, battery lasts much longer and now I can finally do phonecalls with them and people can actually hear me.These are great, better than the last ones 10/10 would recommend.Happy shopping!

The “Find” feature is simple. All it has to do is beep the earbuds so you can find them. But that’s hidden inside the Galaxy Wearable app.In order to beep your earbuds, you have to grant it access to *always on* location, storage on your device, your calendar, call logs, your contacts, the ability to make phone calls, and to send SMS messages. I also had to give it permission to INSTALL APPS on my phone, but since I couldn’t find a way to take it back in settings, I assume it went to some Samsung system app somewhere, who knows where.I didn’t want to give it these things so I said deny. You know what the app does when you press deny? It just crashes. No graceful handling, they will not let you use the app unless they get your data.I was desperate to find the earbuds, so I said whatever, and pressed OK to the mind numbing number of permissions dialogs. But that’s not enough, it STILL won’t let you beep your headphones unless you agree to the global Samsung privacy policy. Allow me to paste one small part of what you’e agreeing to:*Sale of Personal Information*We may allow certain third parties (such as advertising partners) to collect your personal information. So I gave up at this point, I had no idea it was even possible that buying earbuds could turn into a privacy nightmare, but Samsung made it possible. I just wanted to make the headphones beep, but I’ll find them myself instead and return them.

I received these earbuds today. To set them up you need to install Samsung’s “Galaxy Wearable” app. My phone is a Google Pixel 3 (Android) and I installed the app from the Google Play Store. But the app refuses to get past the initial start screen unless you give it permission to access all your contacts, storage and location (see the screenshot). I tried granting it permission to everything except contacts but it just quits and when I start it again it asks for that permission again. Samsung’s explanation for the “Contacts” permission is this cryptic nonsense: “Used to provide services that need to be linked with accounts using registered Samsung account information”So it basically comes down to this: you either hand over your all contacts to Samsung or you won’t be able to use the earbuds you purchased. This looks like a serious disregard for customers’ privacy and is extremely user-hostile.Without the app, the buds still connect to the phone but only the left bud is working. The right bud is completely silent.I have used other bluetooth earbuds in the past (AirPods, Jaybirds, etc) and none of them ever required permission to contacts, storage or location. I’ll be returning the Galaxy Buds+ and look for another option from a different manufacturer.

With a lot of WFH I was looking for a product that has great microphones, decent sound quality, great battery life and ear buds that work independently (L and R independently of each other). This once ticks all the boxes. Having been using this on calls now for a couple of days and it sounds good to the other party. Only problem is the app is supported only upwards of iPhone 7 – But it still works on models below, just need to connect to Bluetooth – you just don’t get all the features of the app. I use my iPad to access those features.Update post more than a month of usage- it is working great, just a note to buyers who are going to buy it to use it with a windows laptop – the microphone volume is low when used with Windows 10 (people can hear but volume is low). After extensive research figured it is a known Windows issue surprisingly! Search for microsoft approved headsets. One of them is Jabra 75T – but a major drawback seems to be right earbud is primary here, so the buds are not independent.Workaround for me right now is to use the headphones to listen in and use the built in laptop microphones for the call.

After researching a lot about many TWS earphones I finally ordered the buds+ and I’m glad I did. There are many reasons for choosing these over others in the same or more price range.1. Battery life is amazing, way better than the previous generation and other brand earbuds. It also has wireless charging which is a must nowadays.2. There is app support for all android and ios phones where you can choose different settings.3. Bluetooth pairing is fast and smooth.4. Sound Quality- This is the most important aspect of any earphones and trust me these do deliver. They are LOUD and music sounds very rich. Highs, lows or mids all are nearly perfect. Bass isn’t super strong but it’s enough for causal listeners.(The most important part of achieving the perfect sound with them is to choose the perfect fit of buds and tips for your ears.)5. Call quality is pretty good and clear, they don’t have active noise cancelation but they have ambient sound which is like super hearing.6. Design is pretty great and feels premium but the glossy color is prone to fingerprints and scratch, I’m thinking about ordering skin for them which will solve this and make them look even cooler. Also, only black color is available currently in India, white and blue are missing which is disappointing.Overall I would recommend them over any other product if your budget is around 10k.P.S. They aren’t made in china which is great.

NOT WORTH IT.THE PRICE. At such a hefty price we only recieve standard audio quality. Earphones priced around 2k sound better with richer bass than this one. If y’all are buying this thinking this is a premium product well you will be quite surprised how these buds plus are just out of the box MEDIOCORE. Dont expect wonders when buying. Listening to Instrumentals and orchestrals is a pain.In About 3 months, my buds plus’ Right Microphone started to sound static and if this wasn’t enough, around two weeks later the ledt earbuds sound decreased and now its dead.Samsung even released a newer buds just half a year later!Overall bad product wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My box looks like it’s been tampered with – there is clearly a seal tape that was cut and then a new seal tape was applied over it. Is this normal for Samsung products in India? Or have I received second hand earbuds?

Eagerly waiting for the buds. However neither the case nor the buds would come to life. I think I have received a damaged product. Awaiting a replacement. This is the second high price electronics I bought from this seller – Appairio. Both were duds. My Macbook Air went dead within 2 weeks of receiving it. I found that the warranty had expired already! After following up with Amazon and Apple for over 2 months, I was finally able to get it repaired. Did not expect this kind of service from such a seller

Been using for 1 month and have few important thoughts. had very high expectations from the product after hearing so many positive reviews but I was disappointed with my experience. Putting Cons/Pros list, negative first since cons made me write the review. I connect my buds+ with my S20+ (Exynos) only. Single connection.Cons:1. The battery is definitely not up to the mark. Have to charge them almost daily. It promises 11 + 11 hours but I hardly get 15-16 hours.2. Connection drops – this is a major headache. Connection drops 8 – 10 times daily. It’s really annoying. Tried every method available. None seem to be working.3. Right-Ear Bud Battery Drain – There was a time my left earbud had 50% battery and right earbud was at 0%. I complained about it to Samsung but didn’t get any help. This is a major issue.4. Comfortability – This could be subjective. But I constantly try to make them comfortable in my ears. Tried all different combo of tips and wings available in packaging. This is my first truly wireless buds experience so that could be the thing but I never had this issue before with other Bluetooth earphones.Pros:1. Price – It’s not a pro feature but definitely not in cons also considering all the features it packs and supposed to provide as user experience.2. Sounds – These sounds awesome, no denying there.3. Application – The compatible application provides so many additional and important features/functionality and control to work with such as Ambient Sound, Volume Control by touching the edges, hear though, and many more.Buds+ seems to be a really nice product but the thing is it only SEEMS. When it comes to real user experience it just doesn’t hold to its reputation and ruined the first truly wireless experience for me. DISAPPOINTED.
